摘　　要：[目的]系统评价专科护士工作体验的质性研究。[方法]检索中国知网(CNKI)、万方数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、PubMed、Web of Science、EMbase数据库,搜索关于专科护士工作体验的质性研究,检索时限从建库至2019年4月30日进行文献质量评价后,采用Meta整合的方法对研究结果进行解释、整合。[结果]共纳入10篇研究文献,提炼出23个明确结果、10个新类别、3个整合结果,分别是成长与收获、困难与挑战、责任感和使命感。[结论]护理管理者应重视专科护士工作体验,改善管理体制,丰富工作内容,促进专科护理队伍的成长,改善病人的结局。Objective:To systematically evaluate the qualitative researches on work experience of specialist nurses.Methods:Qualitative researches on the work experience of specialist nurses were retrieved from China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),Wanfang Database,China Biology Medicine dise(CBM),PubMed,Web of science,and EMbase.And the retrival time was from the establishment of the database to April 30,2019.After the quality evaluation,the Meta-integration method was used to explain and integrate the research results.Results:A total of 10 pieces of research literatures were included This study extracted 23 clear results,10 new categories,and 3 integrated results,including growth and harvest,difficulties and challenges,and sense of responsibility and mission.Conclusions:Administrators should pay more attention on the work experience of specialist nurses,optimize the management system,enrich work content,promote the growth of specialist nursing teams,and improve the outcome of patients.
