摘　　要：目的:探讨药物性肝损伤的临床特点及危险因素。方法:2012-2019年收治药物性肝损伤患者75例,对所有患者进行相关检查,总结主要临床特点并分析发病的危险因素。结果:患者主要临床特点包括身体乏力、皮疹、皮肤巩膜黄染、腹胀、呕吐、食欲下降等;发病危险因素包括年龄、吸烟史、合并不同类型肝脏疾病等。此外,造成患者出现药物性肝损伤的药物种类包括抗肿瘤药物、抗感染药物、中药、降脂药物、退热药物、保健品等。结论:药物性肝损伤患者临床特点及致病药物种类相对较多,造成患病的相关危险因素有多种类型,医护人员需进行分析,进而给予科学干预。Objective:To explore the clinical characteristics and risk factors of drug-induced liver injury.Methods:From 2012 to 2019,75 patients with drug-induced liver injury were selected,we performed relevant examinations on all patients,summarized the main clinical characteristics and analyzed the risk factors of the disease.Results:The main clinical features of the patients were asthenia,skin rash,yellow skin and sclera,abdominal distention,vomiting,loss of appetite and so on.The risk factors included age,smoking history and liver diseases.In addition,the types of drugs causing drug-induced liver injury included anti-tumor drugs,anti infective drugs,traditional Chinese medicine,lipid-lowering drugs,antipyretic drugs,health care products and so on.Conclusion:The clinical characteristics and pathogenic drugs of patients with drug-induced liver injury are relatively large,and there are many types of risk factors related to the disease,medical staff need to analyze and then give scientific intervention.
