摘　　要：目的:探究通络治痹汤在膝关节炎治疗中的效果。方法:2016年3月-2019年1月收治膝关节炎212例,随机分为两组,各106例。A组采用通络治痹汤治疗;B组采用氨糖美辛治疗。比较两组疗效。结果:A组治疗总有效率优于B组,A组疼痛评分低于B组,A组膝关节功能评分低于B组,步行能力评分高于B组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:通络治痹汤在膝关节炎治疗中的效果显著,可改善其膝关节功能及疼痛感。Objective:To explore the effect of tongluo zhibi decoction in the treatment of knee arthritis.Methods:212 cases of knee arthritis were selected from March 2016 to January 2019,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 106 cases in each group.The group A was treated with tongluo zhibi decoction,the group B was treated with amethasone.The curative effect of the two groups was compared.Results:The total effective rate of the group A was better than that of group B,the pain score of the group A was lower than that of the group B,the score of knee function in the group A was lower than that in the group B,the score of walking ability was higher than that of the group B,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Tongluo zhibi decoction has a significant effect in the treatment of knee arthritis,it can improve the knee joint function and pain.
