摘　　要：目的:研究献血者丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)初筛检验实施在血站血液检测中的重要性。方法:2018年3月-2019年3月选取参加无偿献血的献血者80例,分为两组,各40例。A组给予血型、血红蛋白及乙肝表面抗原血液检测,B组给予血型、血红蛋白、乙肝表面抗原血液检测+ALT初筛检验。比较两组检验结果。结果:ALT初筛检验与实验室ALT检查结果比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);B组血液标本报废率明显低于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:ALT初筛检验应用于血站血液检测中可有效降低血液报废率,具有在血站血液检测工作中积极推广应用的价值。Objective:To study the importance of alanine aminotransferase(ALT)primary screening test in blood test of blood station.Methods:80 blood donors participated in free blood donation were selected from March 2018 to March 2019,they were divided into the two groups with 40 cases in each group.The blood group,hemoglobin and HBsAg were tested in the group A,the group B was given blood group,hemoglobin,HBsAg blood testand ALT primary screening test.The results of the two groups were compared.Results:The results of ALT primary screening test and laboratory ALT test were compared,there was no significant difference(P>0.05).The rejection rate of blood samples in the group B was significantly lower than that in the group A,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of ALT primary screening test in blood test of blood station can effectively reduce the rejection rate of blood samples,it has the value of active promotion and application in blood test of blood station.
