摘 要:本文以香港西九龙戏曲中心主体钢结构提升工程为例,提出了一种能减小施工过程中附加应力的提升工艺,并对提升过程中吊点反力不均衡、混凝土柱承载力不足等问题进行研究,针对性地提出了力矩平衡方法及加固措施;同时探讨了提升施工中抗风、空中悬停等关键问题;通过施工过程数值模拟,对提升施工过程产生的附加应力进行了量化分析,验证了提升工艺的合理性。Taking the lifting of the main steel structure of the West Kowloon Opera Centre in Hong Kong as an example, the paper proposes a lifting technique that can reduce the additional stress during the construction process. The problems of uneven reaction of lifting points and insufficient bearing capacity of concrete columns during lifting are studied. Torque balance methods and reinforcement measures are proposed in the paper;it also discusses key issues such as wind resistance and air hovering during lifting construction. Through numerical simulation of the construction process,quantitative analysis of the additional stress generated during the lifting construction process is performed to verify the rationality of the proposed process.
