摘  要:目的探讨高分辨三维对比增强磁共振静脉造影(3D-CE-MRV)在大脑浅静脉成像中的应用价值。方法收集34例采用高分辨3D-CE-MRV成像行大脑浅静脉检查的患者资料,评价高分辨3D-CE-MRV成像对大脑中浅静脉、Trolard静脉、Labbé静脉的显示效能。结果34例患者检查均获得成功,高分辨3D-CE-MRV对大脑中浅静脉、Trolard静脉、Labbé静脉的显示率分别为95.6%,95.6%,94.1%。多平面重组重建矢状面可见大脑中浅静脉分别与Trolard静脉及Labbé静脉吻合;最大密度投影重建斜矢状面可见静脉血管显示饱满,信号强;最大密度投影重建斜冠状位可见静脉血管走行自然,信号强,显示清晰。结论高分辨3D-CE-MRV能提供高质量的大脑浅静脉图像,可为神经外科手术路径的选择提供影像学参考。Objective To explore the application value of high-resolution three-dimensional contrast-enhanced magnetic resonance venography(3D-CE-MRV)in superficial cerebral vein imaging.Methods The data of 34 patients who underwent high-resolution 3D-CE-MRV imaging on superficial cerebral veins were collected to assess the visualization efficiencies of high-resolution 3D-CE-MRV imaging on superficial middle cerebral vein,Trolard vein and Labbévein.Results All 34 patients were successfully examined.The visualization rates of high-resolution 3D-CE-MRV on superficial middle cerebral vein,Trolard vein and Labbévein were 95.6%,95.6%and 94.1%,respectively.Multiplanar reconstruction revealed that superficial middle cerebral vein connected with Trolard vein and Labbévein on sagittal plane,respectively.Maximum intensity projection reconstruction demonstrated visible round venous vessel with intense signals on oblique sagittal plane,as well as visible venous vessel with inherent course,intense signals and clear visualization on oblique coronal plane.Conclusion High-resolution 3D-CE-MRV can offer high-quality images of superficial cerebral vein and provide imaging references for the option of neurosurgical approaches.
