摘　　要：针对新疆天业研究院废渣碳酸钙干燥压滤机脱水工艺存在滤饼水分高,影响产品水分指标稳定、降低生产效率及增加员工劳动强度等问题,确定了在明流隔膜压榨工序上添加滤饼吹风功能的实施方案,以降低滤饼水分;同时,在卸饼操作过程中自动化改造优化,以减少人为操作,降低劳动强度。In view of the problems of high moisture content of filter cake,affecting the stability of product moisture index,reducing production efficiency and increasing the labor intensity of employees in the dehydration process of waste calcium carbonate drying filter press of Xinjiang Tianye Research Institute,the implementation scheme of adding filter cake blowing function in the open flow diaphragm pressing process was determined to reduce the moisture content of filter cake;at the same time,the automatic transformation in the operation process of cake unloading was optimized to reduce human operation and labor intensity.
