摘  要:小寺沟铜矿矿石具有性质复杂、铜矿物粒度细、脉石矿物易泥化等特点,选矿难度较大,工业生产铜精矿品位仅约为12%,铜回收率在50%左右。为进一步提高铜回收率,在小型试验获得的最佳条件基础上,进行了半工业试验及优化,通过优化磨矿—分级系统、浮选系统及药剂制度,取得了较好的选矿指标,铜精矿平均品位17.64%,铜平均回收率67.06%,为工业试验及生产优化奠定了基础。The copper ore of Xiaosigou Mine has the characteristics of complexity,fine copper mineral grains,ea-sily argillous gangue minerals which make the copper ore difficult to treat.The copper grade is only about 12%and copper recovery rate is around 50%for industrial copper concentrates.In order to increase the copper recovery,based on the optimal conditions obtained through bench-scale tests,semi-industrial tests and optimization are carried out,which optimizes grinding-grading system,flotation system and reagent regime and obtains good ore-dressing index:the average copper grade in concentrates is 17.64%and the average copper recovery rate is 67.06%.The study lays foundation for industrial tests and production optimization.
