摘　　要：提出了一种基于MQTT协议的纺织机械设备监控系统设计方案。系统包括监控终端和阿里云物联网平台,监控终端以STM32F407和ML2510 NB-IoT模块为核心,基于FreeRTOS系统,通过MQTT协议实现与阿里云物联网平台的数据传输,可通过PC或APP等实时查看设备运行状况。系统完成了纺织企业的设备监测及管理,为纺机设备监控提供了一个有效的解决途径。A monitoring textile machine equipment system based on MQTT protocol is proposed,which consists of monitoring terminal and Ali cloud IoT platform.The terminal equipment takes STM32F407ZG and ML2510 NB-IoT module as its core,and socket network communication can be achieved through MQTT protocol and FreeRTOS.The users can examine the operating status by logging in the computer or mobile phone.The system provides an effective solution for the equipment monitoring and management of textile enterprise.
