摘  要:目前煤矿井下变电所高爆开关和低压开关综合保护器多采用485进行通信,且通信协议多为厂家自定义协议。在电力监控系统进行数据采集时,需将多种非标协议转换成标准MODBUS协议上传至上位机,故提出一种基于非标协议转换的煤矿电力监控分站,采用上位机协议配置加远程在线更新的方式,将不同非标协议转换成标准MODBUS TCP协议通过以太网上传到上位机软件,可对变电所内各种设备的电能质量进行监控。该分站体积小、接线方便,为变电所进行电能质量监测提供了基础性设备。At present,485 communication is mostly used in the integrated protector of high explosion switch and low voltage switch in underground substation of coal mine,and the communication protocol is customized by the manufacturer.In the data acquisition of power monitoring system,many kinds of non-standard protocols need to be converted into standard MODBUS protocol and uploaded to the host computer.Therefore,a coal mine power monitoring substation based on non-standard protocol conversion is proposed,which converts different non-standard protocols into standard MODBUS-TCP protocol through configuration of host computer protocol and remote online updating.It can monitor the power quality of all kinds of equipment in substation.The substation is small in size and easy to connect.It provides basic equipment for power quality monitoring in substation.
