摘  要:为降低油田生产成本,探索油气快速开发新模式,针对边际某油田已弃置的评价井,开展评价井复产方案研究。为实现油田初期快速投产,拟计划评价井在无井口平台扶正状态下进行复产作业,隔水导管回接作为复产作业关键步骤,风险的把控尤为重要。本文基于该油田海况条件,针对隔水导管回接作业,利用ANSYS软件首先从整体上进行隔水导管强度与稳定性分析,基于整体分析结果,进一步针对隔水导管回接器进行局部构件的强度分析,最终得出回接器设计要求。In order to reduce the production cost of oilfield, exploring new models for rapid oil and gas development, the evaluation well rehabilitation scheme is studied according to the abandoned evaluation well of a marginal oilfield. In order to realize the rapid production of oilfields in the early stage, it is planned to plan the evaluation well to carry out the rehabilitation operation under having no wellhead platform.The conductor reconnection is a key step in the rehabilitation operation.Risk control is particularly important. Based on the sea conditions of the oilfield,the strength and stability of the conductor is analyzed from the whole by using ANSYS software. Based on the results of the analysis, the strength of the partial component of the coductor reconnection is further analyzed. Finally, the design requirements of the reconnection device are obtained.
