摘  要:分析接骨板孔边裂纹前缘的应力强度因子分布,探究接骨板参数对裂纹扩展行为的影响。利用扩展有限元的方法计算裂纹前缘的应力强度因子,在ABAQUS中建立含预制裂纹的股骨干骨折内固定系统模型,观察裂纹位置和接骨板参数的变化对应力强度因子数值的影响。接骨板孔边的裂纹类型为复合型裂纹,张开型应力强度因子在裂纹扩展中起着主导作用;接骨板的工作长度对应力强度因子的数值影响较为显著,较大的接骨板厚度和宽度能明显降低裂纹的应力强度因子。To analyze the stress intensity factor distribution of crack front near the hole of bone plate,and investigate the effect of the different parameters of the bone plate on the crack propagation behavior.The extended finite element method was used to calculate the stress intensity factor of the crack front,and the internal fixation system model of the femoral shaft fracture with pre-crack was established in ABAQUS.The effect of crack location and plate parameters on the stress intensity factor(SIF)was observed.The crack type at the edge of the bone plate is a compound crack,and the open-type stress intensity factor plays a leading role in crack propagation.The working length of the plate has a significant effect on the stress intensity factor,the larger plate thickness and width dimension can markedly reduce the stress intensity factor of the crack.
