摘 要:文章主要介绍了计算流体动力学(CFD)技术在车辆涉水性能开发过程中的最新应用案例,以项目前期开发时运用的场景为核心,为某些既不能密封又需要防水的零部件或子系统的前期设计提供了验证和风险预测方法。主要分析了若干前舱关键零部件的水入侵或者水冲击的效果,讨论其应当满足的设计要求及可行的改进方案。同时讨论了涉水仿真分析目前仍存在的局限性及提升准确性的方法,并对该技术未来可能适用的零部件涉水性能开发进行了列举与展望。In this paper,the latest application of computational fluid dynamics(CFD)in vehicle wading simulation is introduced,especially in the early project development.For some parts that cannot be sealed and need waterproofing,or the upper design of the upper part,a new verification method and reliable risk prediction is provided.In this paper the effects of water invasion or water shock of some front cabin key components are analyzed,and the design requirements and feasible improvement schemes that should be met are discussed.At the same time,the current limitations and methods of improving the wading simulation analysis accuracy are discussed.At the same time,the development of wading performance of parts and components that may be applicable to the technology in the future is listed and prospected.
