摘　　要：文章介绍了目前汽车研发试制过程中面临的挑战,通过对样车试制过程管理搭建数字化管理平台,优化项目管理组织结构,并对试制过程、结果和人员进行科学评价体系建立,提升了样车试制的效率和质量,降低了成本。The current challenges of automotive R&D and trial production are introduced.By establishing a digital management platform for the prototype car trial process management,optimizing the project management organization structure,and establishing a scientific evaluation system for the trial process,results,and personnel,the efficiency and quality of the prototype car trial production are improved,and the trial cost is reduced.
