摘　　要：本文在查阅国内外相关领域文献、借鉴国内外工程造价研究理论和优秀实践成果的基础上,站在承包商的角度,提出不同阶段项目成本估算方法,并以海外某综合性水工项目为例进行分析。旨在通过本文的探讨,对海外工程项目不同阶段采用的成本估算的方法起到一定参考意义。On the basis of consulting domestic and foreign literature in related fields,drawing lessons from domestic and foreign research theories and outstanding practical results of project cost,this paper puts forward the cost estimation methods in different stages from the perspective of the contractor,and analyzes a comprehensive marine project overseas as an example.The purpose of this paper is to provide some reference for the cost estimation methods used in different stages of overseas engineering projects.
