摘　　要：新世纪以来美国软实力在全球扩张。基于民主价值观的美国软实力在世界上一直产生着广泛影响。以美国为首的西方大国大搞民主输出,名义上是为了追求世界和平与进步,实际上却助推了暴力冲突。西式民主的普世性和美国民主输出的合法性遭到了广泛质疑,而中式民主越来越受到世人的赞誉。在美国软实力衰退的语境下,西方加紧对我国高校进行意识形态渗透。采取有效措施维护我国高校意识形态安全至关重要。The United States has globally expanded its soft power since the world stepped into the new century.American democracy-based soft power has been exerting worldwide influence.The United States and its close followers keep on promoting violent conflicts in the name of making global peace and progress by exporting democracy.While the universality of Western democracy and the legitimacy of America’s exporting democracy being widely questioned,Chinese model of democracy has met more and more approval.In the context of American soft power decline,the West has strengthened its ideological penetration into Chinese universities.It is of vital importance to take effective measures to safeguard the security of Chinese ideology in China's universities.
