摘　　要：目的:探讨COVID-19流行期间,医院非隔离病区疫情防控与管理体系的构建。方法:针对SARS-CoV-2的传播途径,建立以排查疫源地接触史、减少人员流动、严密消毒隔离、制定制度流程为核心的多维度防控体系。结果:该防控体系内容具体,可操作性强,实施以来我院非隔离病区未出现COVID-19疑似及确诊病例。结论:非隔离病区内包括病人、陪护人员、医护人员、运送保洁等其他人员,人员相对聚集,各类人员的活动轨迹复杂,因此制定科学全面的非隔离病区疫情防控体系对控制COVID-19在病区内的传播具有重要的意义。Objective:To Explore the construction of the epidemic prevention and control,and the management system in the non-isolation wards of the hospital during the epidemic period of COVID-19.Methods:In view of the transmission route of SARS-CoV-2,a multidimensional prevention and control system,centred on investigating the contact history of the epidemic focus,reducing the flow of people,being strict in disinfection and isolation,developing institutional processes,was established.Results:The prevention and control system is specific and operable.Since it is put into effect,no suspected or confirmed cases of COVID-19 have been found in the non-isolation wards of our hospital.Conclusions:There are patients,caregivers,medical staff,transport personnels,cleaners and other people in the non-isolation wards.The personnel are relatively concentrated,and their activity tracks are complex.Therefore,it is of great significance to establish a scientific and comprehensive epidemic prevention and control system to control the spread of COVID-19 in the non-isolation wards.
