摘　　要：目的:了解通过现场流行病学调查获得赣州市35~65岁常住居民原发性高血压的流行趋势,探讨其原发性高血压的影响因素,为赣州市35~65岁常住居民原发性高血压的防治提供参考依据。方法:采用多阶段随机抽样的横断面研究方法随机抽取研究对象,进行问卷、体格检查、血液生化检测。结果:赣州市35~65岁居民原发性高血压的患病率为37.47%,新检出率为19.39%。logistic回归分析结果显示高尿酸、高空腹血糖、高甘油三酯、年龄较大、男性、非静坐生活方式、BMI较高、摄盐较多、非饮酒以及高血压家族史为赣州市35~65岁居民原发性高血压的危险因素。结论:赣州市35~65岁居民原发性高血压患病率较高,针对危险因素加强原发性高血压的防治工作意义重大。Objective:To obtain the prevalence trend of primary hypertension among residents aged 35-65 years old in Ganzhou through epidemiological investigation,so as to explore the influencing factors and to provide reference for the prevention and treatment of primary hypertension among residents aged 35-65 years old in Ganzhou.Methods:The cross-section research method of multi-stage random sampling was used to randomly select the subjects for questionnaire,physical examination and blood biochemical tests.Results:The prevalence of primary hypertension among residents aged 35-65 years old was 37.47%,and the new detection rate was 19.39%.The results of logistic regression between patients and non-patients showed that higher uric acid,higher fasting blood glucose,higher TG,ageolder,gendermale,non-sedentary lifestylelife style and higher BMI,more salt intake,non-drinking alcohol,and hypertension family history were the influencing factors of primary hypertension among 35-65 years old residents of Ganzhou City.Conclusions:The prevalence of primary hypertension is higher among residents aged 35-65 years old in Ganzhou.It is of great significance to strengthen the prevention and treatment of primary hypertension according to the corresponding risk factors.
