摘　　要：目前国内生活用纸行业竞争激烈,在保证产品质量的前提下,节能降耗、降低吨纸成本是每个纸厂的目标。本文通过对近年国内建成的部分生活用纸项目进行研究,从前期设计规划,到建成后跟踪比较,着重介绍偏心转子碎浆机与同心转子碎浆机、靴式压榨与真空压榨、透平风机与水环式真空泵、天然气热风汽罩使用再沸器及备浆流送短流程工艺的节能对比及运行成本分析,旨在为今后其他新项目降低吨纸能耗提供借鉴和参考。This paper study on some tissue projects in China from project engineering stage to operation performance,mainly focused on the comparison of energy saving and operation cost analysis of eccentric rotator pulper and concentric rotator pulper,shoe press and vacuum press roll,turbine fan and water ring vacuum pump,reboiler used in gas hood hot air system,and short-flow process in stock preparation and approach system in order to show more experiences and references for future projects to make better cost saving.
