摘　　要：针对中小型制造企业产品生产过程中普遍存在的生产过程难控制、质量问题难追溯等问题,提出了基于两化融合的产品生产过程控制及质量追溯系统,该系统的主要功能包括字符识别及条码生成、生产过程记录控制和产品质量追溯3个部分。首先,通过字符识别及条码生成规则,生成产品唯一条码;其次,以条码数据为依据对产品制造生命周期的生产过程进行实时记录和可视化控制;最后,对出现质量缺陷的产品进行生产过程追溯和质量问题分析统计,以便及时地对存在质量隐患的生产工序进行优化改进,达到提升产品总体质量的目的。目前该系统在某称重传感器生产企业得到验证,借助该系统,企业实现了各生产工序的质量统计与分析,以及薪资计算、预防性的质量管理,改善了产品质量,实现了企业信息化与工业化的融合。A system of production process control and quality traceability based on integration of informatization and industrialization was developed to solve the problems such as difficulty in production process control and poor quality management in small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises.This system is consisted of three modules:character recognition and barcode generation,production process recording and control,product quality traceability.Firstly,the product unique barcode is generated by character recognition and barcode generation rules.Secondly,it is a real-time recording and visual control of the product life cycle based on the barcode data.Finally,the production process tracking and quality analysis were carried out around the defective product,so the processes with hidden problems were optimized timely,and the goal of improving the overall product quality was achieved.A real study in some weighing sensor manufacturer shows that the process quality statistics,salary calculation,preventive quality management,and higher product quality have been realized with this system.The integration of informatization and industrialization was enhanced.
