摘  要:电动执行器具有精密可靠、安全经济和高效稳定等特点,被广泛应用于现代工业控制中,是自动化控制系统中一种常用驱动装置。在研究国外电动执行器设计原理和控制方式的基础上,设计了一种电动执行器控制系统。该系统采用工业级STC8A8K64S4A12芯片为主控制器,硬件采用模块化方法设计,可根据电动执行器型号搭配使用不同类型的驱动模块,实现了参数自整定、专家系统故障诊断及保护等功能。经调试和运行测试,系统性能稳定,参数易配置,执行误差≤0.5%,能够满足工业现场自动化控制的需求。Electric actuators are widely used in modern industrial control systems because of their precision,reliability,safety,economy,high efficiency and stability.On the basis of studying the design principle and control mode of foreign electric actuator,a control system of electric actuator was designed.The system used industrial STC8A8K64S4A12 chip as the main controller.The hardware was designed by modularization method.Different types of driving modules can be used according to the type of electric actuator.The functions of parameter self-tuning,fault diagnosis and protection of expert system were realized.After debugging and running test,the system has stable performance,parameters are easy to configure and execution error is less than 0.5%,which can meet the needs of industrial automation control.
