摘  要:为了批量加工叉车电液控制阀的主油路孔,对一台废弃的C6136型普通车床进行了数控化再制造。更换了主轴轴承与主轴变速箱关键齿轮并对主轴电动机进行了变频控制;采用表面工程技术对机床导轨进行了贴塑处理。重点对机床的纵向进给运动机构进行了详细设计,对滚珠丝杠副和伺服电动机进行了计算选型和校核;基于DS80C320高速微控制器研发了专用控制系统。企业实践表明,经数控化再制造后的C6136车床完全满足叉车电液控制阀主油路孔的加工精度要求,显著提高了工效,大幅降低了生产成本。In order to process the main oil passage holes of the forklift truck electro-hydraulic control valves in batch,NC remanufacturing for an abandoned C6136 universal lathe was carried out.The spindle bearings and the key gears of the spindle gearbox were replaced and the spindle motor was controlled by frequency converter.Surface engineering technology was used to laminate the machine-tool guide.The longitudinal feed mechanism of the machine tool was designed in detail,and the ball screw pair and servo motor were calculated,selected and checked.A special control system based on DS80C320 high speed microcontroller was developed.Enterprise practice shows that the C6136 lathe after NC remanufacturing completely meets the processing accuracy requirements of the main oil passage holes of the forklift electro-hydraulic control valves,significantly improves the work efficiency and greatly reduces the production costs.
