摘 要:探讨成纱号数与捻系数对色纺纱色差的影响。通过改变色纺纱生产流程中细纱工序的重要工艺参数,并进行单因素分析,即分别纺制不同号数和不同捻系数的纱线,分析其相应颜色值,以探讨其色差变化规律。针对11组单色纤维,通过改变细纱牵伸倍数纺制出3种不同号数的色纱;针对9组混色纱,仅改变细纱捻系数纺制出4种不同捻系数的色纱,并对各组色纱色差进行分析。结果表明:对单色纱线,成纱号数相差越大色差越大;对混色纱线,细纱捻系数相差越大色差越大。认为:无论是对于单色纱线还是混色纱线,改变其号数和捻系数,必然会产生相应色差。The influences of yarn fineness and twist multiplier on the color difference of color spun yarn were discussed.By changing the key process parameters in the spinning process during the color spun yarn production process,single factor analysis was proceeded.It meant the yarn with different fineness types and different twist multiples were spun.Their related color values were analyzed and then the color change rule was discussed.Aimed at eleven single color fiber groups,three color spun yarn with different fineness types were spun by changing the draft multiple in spinning process.Aimed at nine groups of color blended yarn,four kinds of color spun yarns with different twist multipliers were spun by changing the twist multipliers in spinning process.Then,the color differences between each group of color spun yarns were analyzed.The results showed that the color differences of the single color yarn were larger as the yarn fineness types differences increase.For color blended yarn,the larger difference of the twist multipliers,the color differences were larger.It is considered that color differences could be obtained when the yarn fineness and twist multiplier are changed no matter for single color yarn or the color blended yarn.
