摘　　要：探讨色纺化纤混纺纱棉结的控制措施。根据色纺纱采用散纤维染色的特性,分析化纤混纺优势,结合实际生产实践,从原液彩色纤维色彩分布、订单配色需求以及生产实践管控方法等方面采取一系列技术措施,优化工艺参数配置,强化柔性梳理和车间清洁操作。认为:色纺化纤混纺纱在保证合理原料选择、工艺设计和清洁操作的情况下,所采取的措施能够较好地控制色纺纱棉结,赢得高档面料市场的认可。The measures to control the neps in chemical fiber blended color spun yarn were discussed.According to the characteristic using loose stock dyeing for color spun yarn,the advantages of chemical fiber blended yarn were analyzed. Combining practical production practices,a series of technology measures were taken from the aspects color distribution of original color fibers,color matching requirement of the order,production practice on control methods and so on.The processing parameter configuration was optimized.Soft carding and workshop cleaning operation were strengthened.It is considered that the neps of the color spun yarncan be well controlled by taking the measures under the condition of ensuring reasonable raw material selection,processing design and cleaning operation of the color spun yarn spinning of chemical yarn.It wins the reorganization of the high-end fabric market.
