仿兔毛包芯纱线的研制

摘　　要：探讨仿兔毛包芯纱线的关键生产技术。选用粘胶、锦纶、仿兔毛锦纶混纺原料作为外包纤维,PBT长丝作为芯纱;合理选用前纺工艺参数,在细纱机上加装长丝包芯装置,并优化了长丝张力、锭子速度、捻度、器材规格等参数;通过严把细纱工序设备和运转操作质量关,专门制定质量控制管理办法和内控质量标准,最终使得纺制出的仿兔毛包芯纱线疵点少、质量好。认为:开发的仿兔毛包芯纱线既克服了天然兔毛纱脱毛、起球的缺陷,又具备兔毛纱手感柔软、蓬松、滑爽的特性,质量指标和外观风格均达到织造的要求。The key production technologies of imitation rabbit hair corn spun yarn were discussed. Viscose,polyamide,imitation rabbit hair polyamide blended raw material were selected as the cover fibers.PBT filament was used as the core yarn.Front spinning process parameters were reasonably chosen.Filament core device was installed in the spinning frame.The parameters like the filament tension,spindle speed,twist,device specification were optimized.By strictly controlling the quality of the spinning device and running operation,specially establishing the quality control management and internal controlquality standard,the imitation rabbit hair corn spun yarn with few defects and better quality was eventually spun.It is considered that the developed imitation rabbit hair core spun yarn overcome the disadvantages of nature rabbit hair like unhairing and pilling.Moreover,it has the characteristics of rabbit hair like soft hand feeling,fluffy and smooth properties.Both the quality indexes and appearance style meet the weaving requirements.
