摘　　要：总结多组分包缠纱及其工装面料的生产要点,并测试了工装面料的性能。分析了产品设计思路;介绍了产品设计规格和生产工艺流程;总结了纺纱和织造各工序的生产要点;最终顺利开发了一款多功能工装面料,对其吸湿速干性、防静电性、抗菌性进行了测试。结果表明:面料的吸湿速干性、防静电性和抗菌性均达到了相关标准指标。认为:开发的面料具有良好的功能性与独特的外观,实现了预期设计目标。The production key points of multicomponent fasciated yarn and its tooling fabric were summarized.The properties of tooling fabric were tested.The product design thoughts were analyzed.The product design specification and production process flow were introduced.The production key points in each process of spinning and weaving were summarized.In the end,a multifunction tooling fabric was successfully developed.Its moisture absorption&quick dry property,anti-static property and antibacterial property were tested.The test results showed the moisture absorption&quick dry property,anti-static property and antibacterial property were all reached the related standards.It is considered that the developed fabric has nice function and unique appearance,the expected design target is achieved.
