摘  要:探讨不同温湿度环境对棉包内温湿度的影响情况。制备了两种不同回潮率的试验棉包,棉包内植入温湿度传感器,分析了棉包内温湿度随环境温湿度的变化情况。试验表明:在一定时间内,不同回潮率的棉包内温湿度会与存储环境达到动态平衡;棉包内温度达到平衡较快,而相对湿度的动态平衡需要在10天以上。认为:棉花常态存储温度不宜超过35℃,相对湿度不宜超过75%。Influence of temperature&humidity in different environments on cotton bales inner temperature&humidity was discussed.Two kinds of test cotton bales with different moisture regain were prepared,temperature&humidity sensors were implanted in cotton bales,changes of temperature&humidity in the cotton bales with temperature&humidity in different environments were analyzed.The tests showed that within a certain period of time,temperature&humidity in cotton bales with different moisture regain reached dynamic equilibrium with storage environment.Temperature in cotton bales reached equilibrium quickly,dynamic equilibrium of relative humidity cost more than 10 days.It is considered that normal storage temperature of cotton should not exceed 35℃,the relative humidity should not exceed 75%.
