摘 要:探讨FA109型清棉机控制系统的改进方法。分析了原FA109型清棉机设备程序设计的不足。通过重新修改程序,解决了第二打手因故停止转动后,触摸屏仍然显示给棉正常,导致设备噎车,使打手梳针损坏的问题。结果表明:经改进后长期运行,效果理想。认为:改进方法简单有效,且不增加成本。Modification methods of FA109 picker control system were discussed.Shortcomings of program design which installed in FA109 pickerwere analyzed.By re-modifying the program,after the second beater stopped rotating for some reason,the touch screen still showed that the cotton feeding was normal,which caused the device over feeding and injurecomb needle.The results showed that long-term operation after improvement was satisfactory.It is considered that the improvement method is simple and effective without increasing costs.
