摘　　要：本文以JWF1206型梳棉机为例,从梳理度、转移握持分梳、针布形态等方面,对三刺辊梳棉机和单刺辊梳棉机的梳理进行了对比分析。三刺辊梳棉机具有特殊的优势,能够有效去除筵棉中绝大部分的杂质和疵点,绝大部分的棉束都能被分解为单纤维;同时还能减轻固定盖板及活动盖板的工作负荷,延长分梳针布使用寿命。认为:三刺辊梳棉机刺辊区的梳理度是单刺辊梳棉机的4倍~8倍,三刺辊梳棉机更适合高产量、对分梳度要求高、筵棉含杂高的梳理要求。JWF1206 carding machine was taken as an example,three licker-in carding machine and single licker-in carding machinewere compared and analyzed from aspects of carding degree,transfer holding carding and card clothing shape. Special advantages of three licker-in carding machine were effectively removing most of impurities and defects in matting cotton,most of cotton bundles could be broken down into single fibers. At the same time,working load of fixed flat and movable flat can be reduced,working life of card clothing can be extended.It is considered that carding degree of three licker-in carding machine is 4 to 8 times than that of single licker-in carding machine.Three licker-in carding machine can meet carding requirements of higher output,higher carding degree and higher impurities in matting cotton.
