摘  要:常规SCR(选择性催化还原法)控制方案中,SCR出口NOX浓度或净烟气NOX浓度设定值一般均为固定值。而目前我国的环保政策中对火电机组SCR出口NOX浓度或净烟气NOX浓度的的考核指标并不是采用其瞬时值的上限,而是采用小时均值。SCR智能控制优化方案中的净烟气NOX浓度设定值采用基于小时均值的动态规划方式给出,这样的控制方案设计更匹配环保考核要求,更有利于在满足环保要求的前提下尽可能地节约SCR装置的喷氨量,从而最大限度地降低氨逃逸率。In regular control scheme of SCR(selective catalytic reduction), NOX or net flue gas concentration setpoint of SCR out-let is often a fixed value. However, the assessment standard for SCR outlet NOX concentration or net flue gas NOX concentration of existing national environmental protection policy is not the upper limit of the instantaneous value but the mean value of NOX concentration. NOX concentration setpoint of net flue gas is given by dynamic planning based on the hour-average value. This control scheme design better meets the environmental protection standard and saves the ammonia injection amount of SCR device as much as possible under the premise of meeting the requirements of environmental protection, and thereby minimizes the ammonia escape rate.
