摘  要:以山杏茎尖继代组培苗为材料,研究了生根培养基类型,以及移栽时基质配比和木醋液喷施浓度等因素对组培苗生根和移栽的影响。结果表明:最适宜山杏组培苗生根的培养基为1/2MS+1.5 mg/L IBA+木醋液(稀释2 000倍),生根率达到100%,平均根数为5.589,平均根长为2.644 cm,植株生长良好。移栽时的基质配比为蛭石:珍珠岩:泥炭土=1:1:1,对生根组培苗的成活和生长效果最好,成活率可达79.41%。在移栽苗的叶片上喷施稀释1 500~2 000倍的木醋液对其生长效果较好。本研究可为山杏优良品种的工厂化育苗奠定理论基础。The apricot shoot tip subculture Armeniaca sibirica was used as the research materials to study the effects of the medium type of rooting,transplanting matrix proportion and wood vinegar concentration and other factors on rooting and transplanting.The results showed that the most suitable medium for rooting of Armeniaca sibirica was 1/2 MS+IBA 1.5 mg/L+wood vinegar(diluted 2000 times),the rooting rate reached 100%,the average root number was 5.589 strip,the average root length was 2.644 cm,growth is good.The ratio of substrate to vermiculite was as follows:vermiculite:perlite:peat=1:1:1,which had the best effect on survival and growth,the survival rate was up to 79.41%.The effect of spraying 1500~2000 times of wood vinegar on the transplanted seedlings was the best.The basic theory was provided to industrialized seedling nursery of Armeniaca sibirica by this study.
