摘 要:目的 探讨不同方式的急性运动对老年人睡眠质量的影响.方法 以甘肃省中老年大学80例(男40例,女40例)在校老年人为被试(所有被试自愿参加并签署知情同意书),随机分成3个实验组(有氧组、力量组、有氧与力量组合组)和对照组,分别标记成A组,S组,SA组和CG组.通过三轴加速度器ActiGraph GT3X+测量被试睡眠质量.采用t检验和单因素方差分析对所得数据进行处理.结果 A组男、女老年人睡眠效率显著增加(P<0.05),SA组男性老年人、S组女性老年人夜间清醒时间显著下降(P<0.05);男、女性老年人各组别之间睡眠效率、入睡时间在实验前后的变化均值存在显著差异(P<0.05);男、女各实验组的睡眠效率、入睡时间变化值与CG组存在非常显著差异(P<0.01).结论 急性运动可以提升老年人老年人睡眠效率,减少入睡时间,且不同方式的急性运动对老年人睡眠质量的影响存在一定的差异.Objective To investigate the effects of different modes of acute exercise on sleep quality in the elderly.Methods 80 middle-aged students in Gansu province(male 40,female 40)were enrolled in the school(all subjects volunteered to participate and signed informed consent),and were randomly divided into three experimental groups(aerobic group,strength group,the aerobic and strength combination group)and the control group,which were labeled as group A,group S,group SA and group CG,respectively.The sleep quality of the subjects was measured by the three-axis accelerometer ActiGraph GT3X+.Results The sleep efficiency of male and female elderly in group A was significantly increased(P<0.05).The nighttime waking time of males in the elderly and S group of SA group was significantly decreased(P<0.05);There were significant differences in the mean value of sleep efficiency and sleep time of male and female elderly between before and after the experiment(P<0.05).There were significant differences in sleep efficiency and sleep time change between the male and female experimental groups(P<0.01).Conclusions Acute exercise could improve the sleep efficiency of the elderly and reduce the time to fall asleep.There are some differences in the effects of different modes of acute exercise on the sleep quality of the elderly.
