摘　　要：推进农村金融共享是新时代农村金融改革的基本趋势。共享作为外生变量的出现为化解农村金融改革难题提供了一种新的思路和可能,共享能够实现金融供给与需求向高水平均衡演进。共享实践的发展和共享条件的成熟为走出农村金融困境提供了一种全新的选择,能够从共享理念、共享平台、移动互联网、大数据分析以及闲置商品和服务等方面共同助推农村金融发展。但新时代推进农村金融改革朝着共享的方向演进在客观上存在着技术和成本的瓶颈。为此,新时代推进农村金融共享发展,要坚持系统性思维,尊重金融共享规律,协调处理好政府与市场的关系,要强化农村金融共享的顶层设计,搭建农村金融共享平台,完善农村金融共享业态,深化农村金融共享的技术整合。Promoting rural financial sharing is the basic trend of rural financial reform in the new era.The emergence of sharing,as an exogenous variable,provides a new idea and possibility for solving the problem of rural financial reform.Sharing can promote the balanced evolution of financial supply and demand to a high level.The development of sharing practices and the maturity of sharing conditions provide a brand new option for getting out of the rural financial predicament,which can jointly promote rural financial development in terms of sharing concepts,sharing platforms,mobile Internet,big data analysis,and idle goods and services.However,in the new era,there are some objective bottlenecks in technology and cost in promoting the evolution of rural financial reforms towards the direction of sharing.Therefore,in order to promote the development of rural financial sharing,firstly,it is necessary to adhere to a systematic thinking pattern and respect the law of financial sharing.Secondly,it is important to coordinate and handle the relationship between the government and the market and strengthen the top-level design of rural financial sharing.Thirdly,it is crucial to build a rural financial sharing platform,and improve rural financial sharing.Finally,it is vital to deepen the technical integration of rural financial sharing.
