摘 要:采用文献资料法和逻辑分析法对"体育毕业证"制度进行了分析。研究发现:"体育毕业证"制度在应对青少年网瘾问题上可以大有作为,在培养学生体育运动习惯形成方面具有自身特色,可以使学校体育工作更加有效的开展,能提高体育在学校教育系统中的地位,可以有效地规避"考试体育"现象的出现,是体育课必要的补充,"体育毕业证"制度视域下的强度和自由是对立统一的关系。建议在学校体育工作中实施"体育毕业证"制度。The system of "Sports Diploma" is analyzed by means of literature and logical analysis. It is found that the "sports graduation certificate"system can play an important role in dealing with the problem of teenagers’ Internet addiction. It has its own characteristics in training students’ sports habits. It can make the school sports work more effective,improve the status of sports in the school education system,effectively avoid the appearance of "examination sports",and it is a necessary supplement to physical education From the perspective of sports graduation certificate system,the strength and freedom are the unity of opposites. It is suggested that the system of"Sports Diploma"should be implemented in school sports work.
