摘 要:极薄(<10μm)或易剥蚀样品的分析可通过低频(≤2 Hz)LA-ICPMS实验来获得足够长度的有效数据,从而克服高频激光实验对此类样品采集有效数据不足的缺点。由于低频LA-ICPMS分析实验信号强度低,数据离散度较大,因此很少被应用。本文分析了激光剥蚀过程中气溶胶的管道传输状态,设计了一套叠加积分匀化处理算法。虽然低频激光获得的灵敏度有待提高,但该方法仍可以极大地降低低频分析数据的离散度,提高分析精度。Analysis of the extremely thin(<10μm)or the lower hardness samples can obtain sufficient valid data for researching with low(≤2 Hz)frequency LA-ICPMS experiment,which overcomes the shortcoming that high frequency laser experiment cannot collect sufficient effective data for such samples.However,because of the higher dispersion of experimental data in the lower frequency LA-ICPMS analysis,it is hardly to be used.Here,an arithmetic average value method is developed by analyzing the transmission state of the sample aerosol in pipeline during the laser ablation process.Although the sensitivity of low frequency laser still needs to be improved,the dispersion of low frequency analysis data could be greatly reduced by this method.
