摘 要:针对中山利和国际贸易中心核心筒高宽比和风荷载偏大的设计难点,选用了抗风刚度更大的带加强层的钢筋混凝土框架-核心筒结构体系。通过综合比选,结合外框柱尺寸较大的优势,采用了新型的伸臂梁+腰环梁刚度加强方案,避免了常规方案引起的刚度急剧突变和薄弱层等问题。通过概念和构造设计、计算分析、性能设计等多种手段,确保结构可满足强柱弱梁、强剪弱弯等延性抗震设计要求。In view of the design difficulties of the height width ratio and the wind load of the corewall of Zhongshan Lihe International Trade Center, the reinforced concrete frame-corewall structure system with strengthened stories was adopted due to its greater wind resistance stiffness. Through comprehensive comparison and selection, a new rigidity strengthening scheme of outrigger beam and belt beam was adopted combined with the advantage of large size of outer frame column, which avoided the problems of abrupt change of rigidity and weak story caused by conventional scheme. Through concept and structure design, calculation analysis, performance design and other means, the structure could meet the ductility seismic design requirements of strong column weak beam and strong shear and weak bending.
