城市扩张中市民对智慧公共信息服务的接纳研究——基于武汉市洪山区的调查分析

摘　　要：本研究选取智慧公共信息服务相关内容,结合问卷调查和半结构化访谈的方法,对武汉市洪山区进行走访调查,利用SPSS软件进行数据分析,探讨市民对智慧公共信息服务的接纳程度及其影响因素。主要研究结论包括:被调查地区市民对智慧公共信息服务的接纳程度处于中等偏上水平;征地因素对市民智慧公共信息服务接纳程度影响显著;个体因素显著影响市民智慧公共信息服务接纳。相关结论为政府开展智慧城市建设提供了有价值的建议。In this study,we selected relevant content of smart public information services,combined with questionnaire surveys and semi-structured interviews,conducted a survey of Hongshan District of Wuhan City,and used SPSS software to analyze the data to explore the acceptance of smart public information services and its influencing factors.Main research conclusions include:the level of acceptance of smart public information services by citizens in the surveyed area is at a moderately high level;land acquisition factors have a significant impact on the level of acceptance of smart public information services by citizens;individual factors significantly affect the acceptance of smart public information services by citizens.The relevant conclusions provide valuable suggestions for the government to carry out the construction of smart cities.
