摘  要:以Galfan拉索为研究对象,采用ABAQUS软件对6种规格钢绞线拉索在轴向力作用下的索截面径向位移进行了数值模拟分析。分析结果表明,各规格Galfan拉索轴力在(5%~70%)的最小破断力F_u范围内时,拉索轴力与外层钢丝径向位移有着明显的线性关系,并通过数值模拟分析结果,拟合得到线弹性阶段内各规格Galfan拉索最外层钢丝径向位移的计算公式,可为拉索结构的索夹优化设计提供依据。Taking Galfan cables as research objects, ABAQUS finite element software was used to conduct numerical simulation analysis on the radial displacement of the cable sections of 6 types of steel stranded cables under the axial force. The analysis results show that: when the axial force of the steel stranded cables of various specifications is in the range of(5%~70%) of minimum breaking force F_u, the axial force of the cables and the radial displacement of the outer steel wire have a clear linear relationship. Through the numerical simulation results, the calculation formula of the radial displacement of the outermost steel wire of Galfan cable of various specifications in linear elastic stage was fitted and obtained, providing the basis for the optimal design of cable clamp of the cable structure.
