摘 要:超高层建筑具有基础沉降变形大、施工周期长的特点。在紧邻地铁的情况下,应保证在施工和使用过程中不影响地铁的正常运营。结合新北京中心三期超高层项目,研究了超高层建筑对地铁产生的竖向和水平变形控制方法。比较了不同的桩长对超高层建筑竖向沉降的影响,选定合理桩长,并采用三维数值分析进行计算复核;分析了塔楼施工过程中基础的变形趋势以及对地铁结构的影响,采用分期施工和逆作法的方式,以减少基坑开挖对地铁造成变形影响;研究了设置隔离桩来减少超高层建筑对地铁变形影响的方法。通过采用上述方法措施,妥善解决了地铁邻近建筑的变形控制问题。Super high-rise building has the characteristics of large foundation settlement deformation and long construction period. In the case of being adjacent to the subway, it shall be ensured that the normal operation of the subway will not be affected in the process of construction and use of the super high-rise building. Combined with the third phase super high-rise building project of the New Beijing Center, the control method of vertical and horizontal deformation caused by super high-rise building adjacent to subway was studied. The influence of different pile lengths on the vertical settlement of super high-rise building was compared, the reasonable pile length was selected, and three-dimensional numerical analysis method was used for calculation and recheck. The deformation trend of foundation in the process of tower construction and the influence on subway structure were analyzed, and the method of staged construction and reverse construction was used to reduce the deformation impact of foundation pit excavation on subway. The method of reducing the influence of super high-rise building on the deformation of subway by setting up isolation piles was studied. By adopting the above measures, the deformation control of the super high-rise buildings adjacent to the subway was properly solved.
