摘  要:众多研究表明,锡基氧化物作为一种半导体材料,在解决能源危机和治理环境污染等方面做出了突出的贡献,近年来已经成为光催化领域的热点研究课题。为了进一步提高其光催化性能,人们做了大量的改性实验。综述了锡基氧化物在光催化领域中的掺杂改性研究及其在水处理和催化产氢方面的应用现状,对纳米氧化锡做了简单介绍,分析了不同环境条件对光催化效果的影响,并针对锡基氧化物作为光催化材料应用时存在对可见光的响应范围有限、使用循环性差、制作产量低等一些问题,展望了未来研究的思路和构想。As numerous studies have shown,as a semiconductor material,tin oxide has made great contributions to solving energy crises and controlling environmental pollution,it has become a research hotspot in the field of photocatalysis in recent years.In order to further improve its photocatalytic performance,a large number of modification experiments have been conducted.In this paper,the doping modification of tin oxide in the field of photocatalysis and its application in water treatment and catalytic hydrogen production were reviewed.A brief introduction of nano tin oxide is given.In view of the problems such as limited response range to visible light,poor circularity and low production yield when tin oxide is used as photocatalytic material,the ideas and ideas for future research are prospected.
