摘 要:将锆酸酯偶联剂在不同的分散介质中对氧化锆粉体进行表面处理,然后制备氧化锆注射成型坯体并在1500℃烧结,通过测量挤出颗粒料的熔融指数、坯体和烧结体强度,用SEM观察烧结体显微结构,研究了锆酸酯偶联剂对氧化锆陶瓷注射成型的影响。结果表明:锆酸酯偶联剂显著提高挤出颗粒料的熔融指数和溶剂脱脂率。相比于未经偶联处理的样品,采用乙醇作分散介质的偶联体系,其熔融指数提高了106%,8 h的溶剂脱脂率提高了6.8%。这些性能提高主要来自于经偶联剂改性氧化锆粉体的亲水性下降,从而提高了其在粘结剂中的分散性能。Injection molding and sintering at 1500 ℃ of ZrO2 ceramic modified by zirconate coupling agent in different dispersion media were studied by measuring the melt index of the feedstocks, the bending strength of the green body and sintered parts, the microstructure morphologies of the sintered parts. The results showed that zirconate coupling agent could significantly improve the melting index of the feedstocks and solvent debinding ratio. Compared with the original sample, the melting index of the coupling system with ethanol as dispersion medium was increased by 106%, and the solvent debinding ratio was increased by 6.8% after 8 hours. The obvious improvement of the melting index and solvent debinding ratiowas mainly associated with the decrease of hydrophilicity of the zirconia powder modified by coupling agent, which improved its dispersion performance in the binders.
