摘  要:微孔树脂模具与注浆压力、泥浆性能参数的匹配是影响陶瓷泥坯高压注浆成形质量的重要因素。企业主要依赖经验和多次试验确定工艺参数,目前还没有基于数值仿真技术的成熟方法。分析了高压注浆成形的基本原理,通过实样制作及测试研究了微孔树脂模具材料的孔隙率等性能参数。进一步建立了泥浆成形过程仿真模型,采用ANSYS Fluent软件对微孔树脂模具高压注浆泥坯成形过程进行模拟仿真,分析了压滤界面的压力分布和不同参数条件下的过滤固相分布特点,指出了不同注浆压力、泥浆含水率、固相颗粒尺寸等参数对泥坯成形的影响,为利用计算机仿真方法确定高压注浆工艺参数的研究提供了一种可以借鉴的方法。The matching of microporous resin mold with grouting pressure and mud performance parameters is an important factor affecting the quality of high pressure grouting of ceramic compacts?Enterprises rely mainly on experience and multiple tests to determine process parameters.There is currently no mature method based on numerical simulation technology.In this paper,the basic principle of high pressure grouting is analyzed.The porosity and other performance parameters of microporous resin mold materials are studied by real sample fabrication and testing.The simulation model of mud forming process was further established?The ANSYS Fluent software was used to simulate the high pressure grouting mud forming process of microporous resin mold.The pressure distribution at the pressure filter interface and the filtration solid phase distribution under different parameters were analyzed.The effects of different grouting pressure,mud moisture content and solid particle size on the formation of mud blanks provide a method for studying the parameters of high pressure grouting by computer simulation.
