摘 要:针对高强超薄光伏玻璃规模化制造亟待攻克的技术难题,中国建材国际工程集团有限公司组织联合攻关,开发高强、高透、超薄光伏玻璃料方体系和全氧燃烧技术,首创多级熔窑结构;独创高压超薄压延成形工艺技术及装备;开发“低变形传输、立体网状温度控制”退火技术;搭建超薄光伏玻璃智能工厂架构,建设了国际首条超薄光伏玻璃生产线,实现了1.5~2.5 mm系列光伏玻璃的稳定化量产,为我国光伏产业轻量化发展提供了关键材料。本项目填补了世界超薄光伏玻璃制备技术及装备的空白,引领了世界光伏玻璃的技术发展。The large-scale manufacturing technology of high strength and ultra-thin photovoltaic glass has become a significant problem.In recent years,China Triumph International Engineering Co.,Ltd.organized a joint effort to develop the ultra-thin photovoltaic glass material with high strength and high permeability,the full-oxygen combustion technology,the multi-stage melting furnace structure,and unique high pressure ultra-thin rolling forming technology and equipment.The annealing technology of"low deformation transmission and three-dimensional mesh temperature control"was developed.The first intelligent factory architecture of ultra-thin photovoltaic glass was created,and the first ultra-thin photovoltaic glass production line was built in the world,realizing the stable mass production of 1.5-2.5 mm series of photovoltaic glass.This project provides key advanced materials for the lightweight development of Chinese photovoltaic industry.Moreover,this project fills the gap in the preparation technology and equipment of ultra-thin photovoltaic glass in the world,leading the world's development of photovoltaic glass technology.
