摘 要:以仲丁醇铝为铝源,以乙腈与正丁醇作溶剂,通过醇盐水解法制备了亚微米球形氧化铝粉体。研究了溶剂配比、水加入量及煅烧温度对产物相结构及微观形貌的影响。结果表明,乙腈与正丁醇的体积比及去离子水的加入量是影响产物的成球性以及粒径大小的关键因素,随着乙腈与正丁醇体积比增大,产物成球性变好;去离子水加入量的变化,影响了产物粒径的大小。经不同温度煅烧后,产物发生了由γ-Al2O3转化为α-Al2O3的相变,但仍保持着球形形貌。Submicron spherical alumina powders were prepared by using secondary butanol aluminum as the source of aluminum and acetonitrile and n-butanol as the solvent.The effects of solvent ratio,water content and calcination temperature on the phase structure and microstructure of the products were studied.The result shows that the volume ratio of acetonitrile to n-butanol and the amount of deionized water are the key factors affecting the sphericity and particle size of the product.As the volume ratio of acetonitrile to n-butanol increase,the product become spherically better.The change in the amount of deionized water added affect the size of the product.After calcining at different temperatures,the product undergo a phase transition fromγ-Al2O3 toα-Al2O3,but still maintaine a spherical morphology.
