摘　　要：目的调查与研究新型冠状病毒肺炎防控期间发热门诊一线护士的心理状态及应对措施。方法选取我院2020年1~2月新型冠状病毒肺炎防控期间发热门诊护士76名为观察组,我院非发热门诊护士70名为对照组,采用焦虑自评量表、恐惧评分量表评估心理状况。经自制调查表了解发热门诊护士一般资料,并分析发热门诊护士焦虑的单因素和多因素。结果观察组护士焦虑评分、NRS评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);不同年龄、工作年限、重大疫情一线工作史、传染病防控经历、恐惧评分发热门诊一线护士的焦虑评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);年龄、工作年限、有重大疫情一线工作史、有传染病防控经历、恐惧评分高是影响发热门诊一线护士焦虑的多因素(P<0.05)。结论新型冠状病毒肺炎防控期间发热门诊一线护士有明显焦虑、恐惧等负面心理情绪,需采取有效的岗前培训并及时实施心理干预措施。Objective To investigate the mental status and coping strategies of nurses in front line of novel coronavirus infections.Methods Seventy-six nurses in front line of novel coronavirus infection(observation group)and 70 nurses in other departments(control group)in our hospital were assessed by using self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),numerical rating scale(NRS)and self designed questionnaire.Then,factors affecting the mental status of nurses were verified by univariate and multivariate analysis.Results The scores of SAS and NRS in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Age,working years,front-line work history of previous epidemic outbreaks,experience of infectious disease prevention and control and fear score were the single factors influencing first-line nurses'anxiety in the fever clinic(P<0.05).Age,working years,working history in the first line of major epidemic,experience in prevention and control of infectious diseases,and high fear score were the multiple factors influencing the anxiety of nurses in front-line of fever clinic(P<0.05).Conclusion During the prevention and control of the new coronavirus infection,the front-line nurses in the fever clinic have obvious negative psychological emotions such as anxiety and fear.Therefore,pre-job training and clinic psychological intervention measures are of vital importance for them.
