摘　　要：目的探究规范呼吸支持技术在新型冠状病毒肺炎重型患者中的应用。方法回顾性分析2020年1月28日至2020年2月17日在武汉市红十字会医院接受规范呼吸支持技术治疗的37例新型冠状病毒肺炎重症患者的相关资料。结果第一次使用呼吸支持技术中储氧面罩氧疗10例、经鼻高流量氧疗(high-flow nasal cannula oxygen therapy,HFNC)21例、无创机械通气(non-invasive positive pressure ventilation,NIPPV)6例;37例患者中使用储氧面罩氧疗10人次、HFNC30人次、NIPPV27人次、有创正压通气5人次;87.50%患者对使用HFNC感到舒适,81.48%的患者对使用NIPPV感到不适;最终32例临床分型转为普通型,5例转为危重型。结论规范呼吸支持技术对新型冠状病毒重型肺炎的康复具有积极作用,值得进一步探究和推广。Objective To investigate the application of standardized respiratory support technique in COVID-19 severe patients.Methods The related data of 37 COVID-19 severe patients who were indirectly treated by standardized respiratory support technique at Wuhan Red Cross Hospital from January 28,2020 to February 17,2020 were retrospectively analyzed.Results In the first use of respiratory support technology,oxygen storage mask oxygen therapy was used in 10 cases,high-flow nasal cannula oxygen therapy(HFNC)in 21 cases,and non-invasive positive pressure ventilation(NIPPV)in 6 cases.Among the 37 patients,10 times of oxygen storage mask oxygen therapy,30 times of HFNC,27 times of NIPPV and 5 times of invasive positive pressure ventilation were used.87.50%of the patients were comfortable with the use of HFNC,and 81.48%of the patients were uncomfortable with the use of NIPPV.Finally,32 cases of clinical classification were converted to common type and 5 cases to critical type.Conclusion Standardized respiratory support technique plays a positive role in the rehabilitation of COVID-19 severe pneumonia.It is worth further exploring and popularizing.
