摘　　要：目的分析四川省人民医院新型冠状病毒肺炎隔离病房收治患者的临床表现、诊断、治疗及预后。方法回顾性分析我院隔离病房2020年1月23日至2020年2月15日收治的79例疑似新型冠状病毒肺炎患者的临床资料。结果解除隔离76例,确诊新型冠状病毒感染肺炎3例,10例因肺炎转呼吸科继续治疗,其余患者解除医院隔离后居家隔离2周。确诊新型冠状病毒肺炎患者有直接与疫区人员密切接触史,CT具有典型的多发斑片影,磨玻璃影。结论疑似隔离患者较多,确诊患者少,无重症病例,筛查严格。Objective To investigate the clinical features,diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of patients suspected with the 2019 noval coronavirus(2019-nCOV)pneumoniain,admitted to the isolation ward in sichuan provincial People's hospital.Methods The clinical data of 79 suspected patients admitted to the isolation ward in sichuan provincial People's hospital from January 23,2020 to February 15,2020.were retrospectively analyzed and summarized in combination with relevant literature.Results 3 patients were diagnosed with 2019-nCOV pneumonia.76 suspected patients were released from isolation,among which 10 patients were transferred to respiratory department due to pneumonia,and the rest were released from hospital,isolation at home for 2 weeks.Conclusion The isolation ward admitted more suspected isolation patients,few confirmed patients and no severe cases.The ward screening is very rigorous.
