摘 要:准确预测高含硫气井井筒硫沉积规律与沉积位置,避免管道堵塞、腐蚀穿孔等影响气井正常生产具有重要的意义。为进一步研究硫沉积机理,结合元坝气田元素硫的溶解度含量实验,建立硫溶解度预测模型;基于瞬时热传导、能量守恒定律以及多相流理论,分别建立超深高含硫气井温度场和压力场数学模型;进行多场耦合求解,获得超深高含硫气井井筒元素硫沉积预测模型,并对元坝气田气井进行实例分析。研究结果表明:元素硫溶解度随温度、压力的增加而增大;建立的井筒温度压力模型计算的压力误差小于1%,温度误差小于5%,精度较高;元素硫溶解度在井筒内呈非线性递减,井底最大,井口最小。研究成果可用于预测井筒硫溶解度分布以及硫析出井段,以及同类型气井井筒多相流压力计算,为含硫气井安全稳定生产奠定了基础。It is of great significance to accurately predict the sulfur deposition laws and location in wellbore of high sulfur gas wells,which avoids pipeline blockage,corrosion perforation and other factors affecting the production of gas well.In order to study the mechanism of sulphur deposition deeply,a prediction model of sulfur solubility was established based on the experiment of elemental sulfur solubility in Yuanba gas field.The mathematical models of temperature and pressure in ultra-deep and high sulfur gas wells were established,which considering the instantaneous heat conduction,the law of energy conservation and the theory of multiphase flow,and the prediction model of sulfur deposition in ultra-deep and high sulphur gas wellbore was obtained by multi-field coupling solution,which used to analyse an example of Yuanba gas well.The results show that the solubility of elemental sulfur increases with the higher temperature and pressure in wellbore;the pressure error calculated by the established model is less than 1%,the temperature error is less than 5%,which shows the veracity higher,the solubility of elemental sulfur decreases nonlinearly in the wellbore,with the largest bottom hole and the smallest wellhead.The research results are provided to predict the distribution of sulfur solubility in wellbore and sulfur precipitation section and calculate the pressure of multiphase flow in the same type of gas wellbore,which lay the foundation for safe and stable production of gas wells.
