摘 要:随着智慧城市信息集成化的发展应用,对排水管道内水位、流量等主要运行参数的实时监控与自动采集需求越来越强,利用参数采集系统对排水管道堵塞进行定位监测,基于水力相似原理,建立变态相似模型,按照原型长度比例缩小20倍建立试验装置,并针对排水管道试验模型重力流、压力流不同工况进行堵塞试验及堵塞影响因素研究,结果表明:在重力流中,堵塞前水位和堵塞强度呈正相关分布,堰上水头最低点出现在堵塞高度为管径的50%时,且过流损失均随着坡度的增加而增加;堵塞强度在0.5时,过流损失减少值最小;在压力流中,堵塞程度越大,堵塞点前后管道水位高度变化越大;在同一堵塞强度条件下,过流损失随着堵塞长度的增加而增加;随着坡度增加,过流损失增加差额减少;堵塞长度越大,坡度对过流损失的影响越小。试验研究分析了排水管道堵塞状况的变化规律,为排水堵塞故障识别提供了基本依据。With the development and application of information integration in smart cities,there is an increasing demand for real-time monitoring and automatic collection of main operating parameters such as water level and flow in drainage pipes,and the parameter acquisition system is used to locate and monitor drainage pipe blockages.Based on the principle of hydraulic similarity,a metamorphic similar model was established and the experimental device was reduced by 20 times according to the proportion of the prototype length.In addition,the plugging test and the factors affecting the plugging were carried out for different conditions of gravity flow and pressure flow in the drainage pipe test model.The results show that in gravity flow,the water level before the plugging and the plugging strength have a positive correlation distribution,the lowest point of the head on the weir appears when the plugging height is 50%of the pipe diameter,and the overcurrent loss increases with the increase of the slope.When the blocking strength is 0.5,the reduction of overcurrent loss is the smallest.In pressure flow,the greater the degree of blockage,the greater the change in the height of the pipeline water level before and after the block point.Under the condition of the same plug strength,the overcurrent loss increases with the increase of the plug length.As the slope increases,the increase in overcurrent loss decreases.The larger the length of the block,the smaller the effect of the slope on the overcurrent loss.The experimental research analyzes the change law of the drainage pipe blockage condition,and provides a basic basis for the drainage blockage fault identification.
