摘 要:以试验结果为依据,利用颗粒流程序(PFC3D),分析了普通筒仓单侧壁卸料的动态侧压力和安装减压管时筒仓单侧壁卸料的动态侧压力。分析结果表明:普通筒仓单侧壁卸料最大超压系数为1.30,安装减压管的筒仓单侧壁卸料在最大超压系数为1.10;减压管的存在使得储料流动形式发生改变,从而使储料在卸料时仓壁受到的动态侧压力明显降低,超压系数及其分布范围显著减小;减压管能够减小筒仓单侧壁卸料时的偏心距,从而减小卸料时储料对仓壁的冲击,能够提高卸料时筒仓的稳定性。通过观察储料流动形式和理论分析,进一步阐释减压管减小卸料时超压系数的原因。Based on the test results and by means of the particle flow code program(PFC 3D),the dynamic lateral pressure of silo wall and of silo wall discharging with internal decompression tube were analyzed.The results show that the maximum overpressure coefficient of silo wall is 1.30 while of wall discharging with internal decompression tube was 1.10.Because the decompression tube changes the flow form of the stored materials,thus significantly reducing the dynamic pressure on the wall of the stored materials during discharging and significantly reducing the overpressure coefficient and its distribution range.The decompression tube can reduce the eccentricity of the silo side wall discharging,so as to reduce the impact of the stored materials on the silo wall and improve the stability of the silo during discharging.By observing the flow states of the stored materials and theoretice analysis,the reasons of reduced overpressure coefficient during dischargingare further explained.
